Herbal Tallow Balm Sunscreen

Our new Herbal Tallow Balm Sunscreen is an all-natural alternative to normal sunscreens and is free from parabens, phthalates and synthetic fragrances that can be found in over the counter chemical sunscreens.

Made with 100% grass-fed tallow, sweet almond oil, coconut oil, and olive oil that has been infused with healthy skin-supporting herbs such as plantain, calendula, lavender and chamomile as well as helichrysum and Frankincense essential oils, our sunscreen nourishes and soaks into the skin easily. This formula contains approximately 25% (25 SPF) non-nano zinc oxide powder, which is a natural mineral that forms a physical barrier on your skin to reflect and scatter UV rays and therefore provide sun protection. This herbal sunscreen also has waterproof properties due to the pure beeswax in our formula, however, it is suggested to reapply after 45-60 minutes or as needed.

This nourishing and protective formula is gentle and great for all skin types and all ages (following a skin patch test). If you have never used a natural zinc-oxide based sunscreen before, it is normal for the formula to show up temporarily white on the skin once applied, but will soak into the skin once rubbed thoroughly in.
