This herbal blend is made with organic St. John’s Wort, organic lemon balm and organic valerian which make great calming blend that may help to soothe your nerves and take the edge off during times of stress and anxious tendencies.

Take 1-2 dropperfuls as needed to relieve stress and anxious tendencies. Hold liquid under your tongue for 20 seconds for best results before swallowing. Repeat if needed every 4-6 hours.

Due to the herbal properties of St. John's Wort, this product cannot be taken if you are currently taking any anti-anxiety or antidepressant medications.
